The Wethenorth forum feels like a hidden corner of the internet where people actually know their gear and their routes. Discussions range from the durability of GoreTex membranes in sustained drizzle to which bothy offers the best wind shelter above the tree line. There's no hype, just shared experience from folks who've spent real nights out in the elements.
